WTBA Congress shall be held on September 12 & 14, and the FIQ Congress on September 13 in Hong Kong contemporaneously with the World Women Championships 2011, a tournament featuring the top women bowlers from around the globe from September 2 to 11, 2011.

Congress Fees

The WTBA Congress Fee is US$50 for the delegate with vote and voice. Other delegate/s fee is US$100 per delegate.
The FIQ Congress Fee is US$50 for two of the delegates (tenpin and ninepin) with vote and voice. Other delegate/s fee is US$100 per delegate.
