Tunisia will participate for the first time in the Mediterranean Challenge Cup this year in Barcelona with a team of four players.
Tunisia is a fairly new federation which was given full membership by the Fédération Internationale des Quilleurs in August 2009 at the FIQ Congress held in Las Vegas. It is a fast growing federation already counts with 12 bowling centres and 110 lanes.
A total of 13 federations have now confirmed their presence in the Mediterranean Challenge Cup which will take place from the 29th of March to the 3rd of April 2011. San Marino, Malta, Italy, Catalonia, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Israel, Slovenia, Turkey and Tunisia will all be competing in the prestigious Mediterranean event.
