At the beginning of each calendar year, the Zones (ABF, PABCON, ETBF) and the WNBA will send each member federation an invoice for membership dues. Each Zone and the WNBA are responsible to collect membership dues.

Membership dues have to be paid latest 30th of  March of each year. If not, then the member federation will be warned and will be given until the 30th of  April of that year to pay its dues. If the payment is not received by the 30th of April, the member federation will be faced with a penalty fee of 20% and SUSPENSION from the FIQ. The member will be suspended until the dues INCLUDING the penalty fee have been paid.
